Easy Homemade Concoctions to Remove Stretch Marks Effectively

You may not be able to copy the precise formulas of over-the counter creams and prescription medications, but I can tell how about a few homemade remedies for stretch marks, which you can easily make on your own. Many of these concoctions use common kitchen essentials as shown in the previous chapter, and making your own remedies isn't as complicated as you might imagine. These concoctions work to renew your skin and they can help make your stretch marks less obvious.

Concoction #1

 You’ll need:

• 6 vitamin E capsules
• ¼ cup aloe vera gel
• ½ olive oil

Mix them all together and keep the mixture in the refrigerator when not in use. Rub it on your stretch marks twice a day. The men and women who used this concoction have admitted to me that their skin has become much smoother after applying for just a couple of weeks!

Concoction #2
(this is a variation of #1)

You’ll need:

•             4 vitamin E capsules
•             2 vitamin A capsules
•             ½ cup of olive oil
•             ¼ cup of aloe vera gel

Place the olive oil and aloe vera gel in a blender, and break the capsules and add the contents to the mixture. Mix them all well, and then place the resulting mixture in a sealed airtight container. Keep the container in the refrigerator overnight before applying it on your stretch marks.

Concoction #3

You’ll need:

• 2 parts jojoba oil
• 2 parts sweet almond oil
•1 part castor oil
•several drops of tea tree oil

First massage the stretch marks with warm water, and then with baking soda. After that, mix the ingredients above and heat the mixture in the microwave for about a minute. Massage it on your stretch marks every night before you go to sleep.

Concoction #4

You’ll need:

•  ½ cup of cocoa butter
• 4 tsps of grated beeswax
• 2 tsps of vitamin E oil
• 2 tsps of apricot kernel oil
• 2 tbsps of wheat germ oil
• 2 tsps of vanilla extract

Place every ingredient except the vanilla extract onto a saucepan. Heat slowly while stirring stirring constantly. When the cocoa butter and the beeswax have melted, remove the mixture from the heat. Add the vanilla extract to the mix while stirring constantly to ensure an even distribution. Let the mixture cool, and then store in a clean bottle.
